Types of sites allowed:

In order to join the A Traffic Seeker Affiliate Program, any website linked to A Traffic Seeker must not contain/do any of the following:

• Promote violence.
  
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality,
      disability, sexual orientation or age.
  
• Promote illegal activities.
  
• Contain any defamatory materials.
  
• Violate any intellectual property rights or violate local, state,
      federal or other law regulation.

Promotion of A Traffic Seeker:

You will be provided all the links for you to place on your website and use in your promotions. Please do not SPAM. Anyone caught spamming will be immediately removed from the Affiliate Program and all bonus share commissions will be forfeited. This includes opt-in lists and safe lists. The only kind of e-mail marketing allowed is permission marketing. You must retain a copy of the recipients permission in case of a SPAM complaint.

The Processing of Orders:

We will process all customer orders that come from your website. In order to receive bonus share commissions on these purchases, please make sure you are using your your affiliate links with your Affiliate ID Number imbedded. For instance, to link directly to our homepage, the linking URL with the Affiliate ID Number changed to your own of course, would look like this: http://atrafficseeker.com/iscript.php?1626_A29728 where the last 5 digits in the URL are the Affiliate ID Number.

Referral Share Commissions:

A Traffic Seeker Internet Services Ltd. (ATS) will pay out 1 share of traffic (10K Targeted Visitors) for every 4 shares sold by any affiliate. You will be paid in traffic (10,000 visitors) when 4 shares are sold.

We have found that the majority (67%) of our A Traffic Seeker Affiliates would prefer Internet Traffic pointed at their main opportunity instead of a cash payout. Sure you could buy your family a good dinner at a nice restaurant and go to a movie theater and the outing is forgotten in a couple of days. Or you can benefit your marketing opportunity with the bonus share compensation plan that pays in extra traffic to your main opportunity and acquiring new sales paying YOU the ATS affiliate share bonus commission on YOUR main opportunity. That is like getting paid twice for the same sale!

Changes in Prices:

We advise against putting links on your website that quote a price from A Traffic Seeker as we might change the prices regularly in order to stay competitive. We will not be held accountable by any customer linking to us from your website quoting a specific product price they might have seen on your website.

Tax Purposes:

For those living in the United States, it is your responsibility to keep an account of your earnings and file your Federal and State taxes based upon your earnings made through A Traffic Seeker. Those living outside United States should file according to their country tax procedures.

Any confidential information including our special affiliate sales, prices etc. will remain confidential and not be used for any other purposes other than those stated in the information agreement.

We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, special or consequential damages arising from connection to this agreement.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A Traffic Seeker and all it's affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses whatsoever.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement if the need arises and at which time, you will be notified of the changes and be asked to view the agreement.
